2. 鍵の取り方法
How to get your key
深夜12時までにご到着の場合は、フロントへ直接お越しください。スタッフが客室の鍵をお渡しいたします。
深夜12時以降にご到着の場合は、ご予約いただいたプラットフォーム（Airbnb、Booking.com、Agoda、Trip.com）を通じてご連絡ください。鍵の受け取り方法について詳しくご案内いたします。ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
If you arrive before midnight (12:00 AM), please proceed directly to the front desk, where our staff will provide you with the room key.
If you are arriving after midnight, kindly contact us through the platform you used to make your reservation (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com). We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to retrieve your key. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

In accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s smoking ban regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and within the apartment. If smoking is detected, violators will face a fine of 50,000 yen.
We kindly ask all guests and visitors to comply with the no-smoking policy to maintain a clean and healthy living environment. To create a smoke-free space together, we sincerely hope for your understanding and cooperation. Thank you very much for your support.

Please separate the burn-able garbage and non-burnable garbage in different trash bags.

5. ルームサービス
Room Service
世界保健機関（WHO）が提唱するエコツーリズムに応じ、客室の清掃、タオル・寝具の交換、歯ブラシなどの備品は原則としてご提供しておりません。
■ 清掃をご希望の場合は、当日14時までに清掃指示カードをお部屋のドアに掛けてください。14時を過ぎると、清掃サービスはご提供できません。
■ その他のご要望がございましたら、お気軽にご連絡ください。
■ 1階ロビーにはトイレットペーパー、タオル、使い捨て歯ブラシなどをご用意しております。必要に応じてご自由にお取りください。

In response to the eco-friendly tourism initiative proposed by the World Health Organization, we do not proactively provide room cleaning, towel and bedding replacement, or toothbrush supplies.
■ If you require cleaning, please place the cleaning instruction card at your door by 2:00 PM on the same day. Cleaning services will not be provided after this time.
■ For any other requests, please feel free to contact us.
■ Toilet paper, towels, disposable toothbrushes, and other items are available in the lobby on the first floor. Please take them as needed.
